Terms & Conditions
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Creative Passenger B.V., registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 97676675, with its registered address at Simon Stevinweg 126, 1222SV Hilversum, Netherlands.
2. Services
Creative Passenger B.V. provides digital services including web development, mobile application development, UI/UX design, SEO optimization, e-commerce solutions, and custom software development. All services are delivered digitally.
3. Orders and Payment
Orders are placed via our website. After submitting an order, we will contact you via email to confirm the project scope and arrange payment details. Payment terms will be agreed upon individually per project. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as communicated during the order process.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables. Creative Passenger B.V. retains the right to use the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement at no cost. After work has commenced, cancellation fees may apply proportional to the work completed.
6. Liability
Creative Passenger B.V. is not liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
